Description
Pure island feeling! The villas K1 to K4, built in 2019, together form the complex Homes4you and are definitely no ordinary domicile: The four adjacent, ultra-modern low-rise buildings offer you a special vacation feeling. On the one hand, of course, there is the proximity to the sea: only about 200 m separate you from the beach including bar with bistro - there you just stroll comfortably on foot whenever you feel like it!
The mighty Croatian mountains in the background are the perfect counterweight, which makes the picturesque scenery perfect. Beautiful seating furnished with stylish furniture invites you to relax in the outdoor area, which is laid out with stylish paving slabs and gravel.
Bathing pleasures are of course also a priority here: In the pools, each 7.60 m long, you can take a lane or two and, above all, refresh yourself deliciously on warm days. And if you want to add to that, you can place your lounger on the shallow platform and bask in the cool water and the sun at the same time.
The partially covered terraces have another icing on the cake: the cleverly designed outdoor living rooms adjoining the pool terraces.
The area, which is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, can be pleasantly ventilated at all times via an electric awning, and the TVs embedded in the wall of the house provide the necessary entertainment if required, which you may not even need in this wonderful open-air area. What a great ambience to enjoy your first coffee under a deep blue sky in the morning!
An ultra-modern interior also welcomes you inside the 90 sqm villas. The unique charm here is a successful combination of the latest building fabric and stylish, straight-lined furniture, complemented by pleasantly cool harmonies of white, gray and black. The smart home-away-from-home offers you as a common zone a clean dining/kitchen area with glass-front exit to the outdoor living room.
The gleaming white high-gloss kitchens, intelligently incorporated into the wall, offer you everything you need for independent self-catering days in a state-of-the-art design.
For majestic resting times, the three noble bedrooms each have double box spring beds - two bedrooms share a bathroom, one has a bathroom en suite. Very pleasant: Thanks to air conditioning and underfloor heating, you can enjoy year-round indoor comfort, and of course there is wireless internet and satellite connection.
