from Pula, where the airport is located.The wide driveway already gives you an idea of the spacious villa that awaits you here. Borealis is enthroned in a wonderful hillside location on a lush, well-kept property and is surrounded by old trees. The 15-meter pool, which can be heated on request, stretches out in front of the villa and juts charmingly into the garden. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape - a treat for eyes and soul! You can easily access the pool via the wide steps, and on the large adjacent sun deck you will find comfortable sunbeds and shady umbrellas. A dining table and two cozy lounges for relaxed get-togethers are located on the covered, one step higher terrace directly at the house - here you will also find a gas grill. A foosball table, table tennis, volleyball net, children's playground, trampoline and badminton ensure a high fun and action factor.

After a fulfilling day of vacation, you will certainly enjoy gathering at the rustic stone outhouse, which with its seating area and brick barbecue outside as well as with its small tavern and billiard table inside is extremely attractive for a cultivated end of the day.
