On the partly covered terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture and an exclusive panoramic view of the Istrian hills you can relax and enjoy an absolutely perfect retreat! At the two 35 m² pools - with hydromassage and heatable on request - with adjoining sun terraces there are enough sunbeds for all fellow vacationers. And who will grab the hammock, a place in the hanging chair or the Hollywood swing? Fitness corner, foosball table, table tennis table, soccer goals, basketball hoop and water polo goals in one of the two pools provide in this favorable vacation domicile for sporty activity and a nice group feeling. In the evening, the barbecue invites you to a culinary barbecue, where you can freshly prepare delicacies from the region and feast on them in convivial company. The identical houses - comprising a total of 498 m² of living space - welcome you with a particularly stylish ambience. The extremely elegant design and color scheme is striking, as is the careful use of decoration, which is not obtrusive here at any point, but on the contrary, just like the stylishly original lighting, lends an additional fine touch to the aesthetic flair. Common in each fully air-conditioned house are the living room, kitchen and guest toilet. The living-dining zone offers you ample space to dine together or otherwise linger indoors without crowding, even with a larger tour group. Each of the four chic bedrooms per house has a bathroom en suite. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other three with access to the balcony on the upper floor.
A total of two sofa beds for two guests each open up additional possibilities. Even with a large group you will certainly feel very comfortable in this special domicile! In terms of exclusivity, entertainment and plenty of privacy, the Villa Complex AlCa is almost unbeatable!
