Description
It is embedded in the more than 900 m² large, completely surrounded and very well-maintained area, which offers young and old a lot of attractive options for outdoor stays.
The centerpiece is the 32 m² salt water pool, which will certainly delight all wellness fans among you with its hydro massage. The water can even be heated on request.
Meeting point for socializing is the covered terrace with the cozy seating area, which is perfect for spending warm days just completely outside with summer kitchen including brick charcoal grill. Special emphasis was also placed in the design of the property to comprehensively serve the entertainment factor. The little vacationers will definitely enjoy the playground on the evergreen artificial lawn; trampoline and table tennis table complete the offer as well as the existing badminton equipment.
An individual, modern living trend exudes plenty of comfort inside the house. Large high-gloss tiles, subtle color schemes, trendy furniture and clever lighting complement each other in appealing harmony.
In the open living and dining area with adjoining, of course fully equipped kitchen, your indoor community life finds a great setting.
