"360stays Serviced 4 Bedroom 2 Bath house with Parking is located in a quiet modern residential development in Maidenhead. The house has a light and spacious feel to it. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an additional, separate toilet, it comfortably sleeps up to 8. Providing super king beds with the option to split into singles so good for groups as well as families travelling together.

The fully equipped kitchen/dining room guarantees a pleasant and sociable 'heart of the house feel to it. The living room has Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and fast and free WiFi, which is of course available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, so if you are just sorting out breakfast or if you fancy cooking dinner yourself... it includes the basics like an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge, and it comes fully equipped with kitchenware, utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glasses as you would expect and always get with Ferndale serviced properties.

This two-story house has allocated off-street parking for two vehicles with no height restriction and plenty of street parking.

The living arrangements include the master bedroom having a well-apportioned en-suite bathroom attached as well as wardrobe and bedside tables. Sleeping arrangements are super king beds with an option to split into singles.

Bedrooms two and three also have super king beds in each room and are well laid out with wardrobes and bedside cabinets with bedroom 3 already set up as 2 single beds.

Bedroom four has one single bed.

The family bathroom on the upper floor comprises a full-size bath with a shower over. The additional downstairs WC has a toilet and basin. Complimentary toiletries include soap and hand wash, shampoo, and shower body wash. Of course, there are ample towels included.

The whole house is well equipped with just the right mix of quality, high standards, and functionality. It is a comfortable and pleasing living space, just right for your visit whether it is just one night or longer, as a family or a group of friends or colleagues and this is an excellent base for those visiting or passing through Maidenhead and the surrounding area."

Location

The house is located in a quiet residential development with green communal spaces yet only a 6-minute drive into Maidenhead town center with all its shop's bars and restaurants. Locally you have a Tesco express which is open 6 am to 11 pm for convenience.
