The unit features a 50" flat-screen TV, luxurious linens and plush towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave-oven, toaster and coffee maker, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The apartment also comes with a hair dryer, an iron/ironing board and free WiFi. The bed is a super comfortable queen size bed with a Memory CoolGel Foam Mattress for a quality sleep. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and has a large closet in the bedroom, two super strong air conditioners, central heating, and 50-inch flatscreen TV. Everything is brand new and has been thought out in full detail to ensure an enjoyable stay. You will have everything you need to feel at home away from home. The location is in the Gramercy Park area of New York City on East 26th St and is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the city.Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!
