It has a spacious outdoor green area, with a large swimming pool with safe access for children. This beautiful villa offers stunning views in the middle of a natural environment and is located just 15 km from the beach. On its spacious outdoor grounds, you can enjoy an oasis of greenery with a generous swimming pool, designed with children's safety in mind. The area around the pool is lushly landscaped and has sun loungers as well as a barbecue corner equipped with tables and chairs.The interior of the house radiates light and comfort. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all essential appliances such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker. In the same area, you will find a table and chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort. The living room offers a large sofa, table and chairs, as well as a flat screen television.
The villa has three bedrooms: two of them are furnished with 180 cm King size beds, while the third has a single bed and a bunk bed for two people. Additionally, a crib is available for families who need it.
This place is ideal for families who want to disconnect in the middle of nature, on the outskirts of the charming town of Maçanet, which is just 6 km away. In addition, it is conveniently close to the beach (15 km), supermarkets and restaurants (6 km) and shopping centers (30 km).
It is important to note that the owner resides in another part of the same estate, providing a sense of security and tranquility for families looking to relax. For this reason, groups of young people are not allowed at this property.
