With capacity for up to 10 people, Sunset Lux House is spread over three floors. On the ground floor, discover a parking space, a games area with a ping pong table, a laundry room, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor houses the main entrance, highlighting a large swimming pool with sun loungers, chillout area, solarium and outdoor dining room with tables and chairs under an awning, along with a barbecue area. All with exceptional views and sun all day long. On this floor, a dining room with sea views, a kitchen with an island and a comfortable living area with sofas, table and television. Also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, with stairs leading to the ground floor and a terrace from the kitchen.
Going up the stairs, you will access the second floor with three additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds, each with access to a furnished terrace. One of the double bedrooms includes a bathroom with a shower, and on this floor you will find another bathroom with a bathtub.
