Stroll down to Main Beach for a dip or a surf as often as you please and enjoy your morning coffee fresh from the numerous local cafes within walking distance. This four bedroom home is perched high on Yamba Hill with sweeping views, ocean glimpses and is ideally located just a short stroll from Yamba Main Beach, The Pacific Hotel, the golf course and the township of Yamba with it's amazing array of restaurants and shops.Details
8 Beach St is perched high on the highly sought after 'Yamba Hill' where you can access Yamba's main attractions on foot. The property delights in wide, distant harbour views and even enjoys glimpses of Yamba Main Beach from the front balcony.This recently renovated home comfortably sleeps seven people across four bedrooms with linen provided and can house an additional four people, totalling 11 when utilising the two single beds with single trundles in the garage (BYO linen for the bonus beds and beach towels).
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor of this two storey home.
The living area and kitchen are upstairs, along with the queen size master bedroom, and a second bedroom right next to it with two single beds. They share the upstairs bathroom. Downstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, an additional bedroom with one single bed and another bathroom. The garage is also on this floor housing two bonus single beds with trundles (BYO linen for these), the laundry and plenty of storage space for surf boards or golf clubs.
The kitchen and laundry are fully functional with all standard amenities, except for a dishwasher. We provide detergents, cleaning tools, basic kitchen condiments and quality Leif bath soaps.
There are ceiling fans in every room and when you open the windows, the property fills with ocean breeze. There is air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area.
We have a large Smart TV in the living room and free fast and unlimited Wifi.
There is no off-street parking in this property, however there is plenty of free and unlimited parking on the road and in the centre median strip of the divided road out the front.
This property is managed by Pilot Hill Property. We will be available to answer any questions you might have.
We have a strict policy of no smoking, vaping, parties, gatherings, pets or schoolies anywhere on the premises.
We provide bed and bathroom linen including bath towels for 7 people. Please BYO beach towels and linen for the bonus single mattresses and trundles in the garage if you wish to use them.
There is no dishwasher in this property.
You can walk or bike to all of Yamba's five main beaches and to the township of Yamba for everything you might need.
