This beautiful contemporary home offers 4 bedrooms, and is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. It is a quick 2 minute walk down a quite lane to a beach.Wake up to spectacular views and enjoy the convenience of beaches and restaurants within walking distance.

This beautiful home is an entertainers delight, with an open plan layout it is great for hosting friends.There is a modern self-catering kitchen, formal dining for ten and a TV lounge. Sliding doors open onto a spacious pool deck.
Upstairs is a second TV lounge and bar area, doors lead out onto the balcony with breath-taking sea views.
Each of the four bedrooms enjoys sea or mountain views; upstairs are two bedrooms which have twin beds and share a bathroom, downstairs are a further two bedrooms which have King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Outside on the balcony there is plenty of comfortable seating as well as outdoor dining for 8, a Weber BBQ and exceptional sea and mountain views.
Below the balcony is a lovely pool deck with 3 relaxing loungers, a great place for putting your feet up after exploring the Mother City. There is also a gate with access to a direct path to a nearby beach, less than a 2-minute walk away.
