Casa La Tuscia is a beautifully restored 1700s farmhouse blending original “Pietra” and “Travi” with modern, luxurious interiors. This exclusive-use Luxe Villa is ideal for families, couples, friends, or small business groups. Set in the Tuscan countryside, it’s surrounded by its own vineyards and orchards. Guests enjoy an elegant experience with a serene spa, panoramic heated pool, jacuzzi in the olive grove, daily housekeeping, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the estate.
La Tuscia is a fully fenced 8,000 m² countryside estate with two automated gates, offering complete privacy and security. The perimeter is monitored by CCTV. This Luxe Villa is ideal for families, couples, and small groups seeking comfort, charm, and immersion in Tuscany’s iconic landscape of vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills.

The spacious villa offers four luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor—ideal for guests with limited mobility. Three of the bedrooms feature gas-lit fireplaces for added comfort. The open-plan living space includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8–10 guests, a cozy sitting room with wood-burning fireplace, and a guest restroom. Two large French doors open onto the main terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The estate offers a wide range of exclusive amenities. The gated 12×5×1.25m panoramic pool includes a jacuzzi corner, hydromassage, and jet stream. It can be heated on request and covered at night for warmth and safety. Surrounding the pool and terraces are comfortable sunbeds for 10–12 people. Nearby, the Limonaia serves as a shaded lounge or poolside dining area in summer. In winter, it returns to its original use: sheltering citrus trees.

The private spa, located just across from the main house, features a sauna and hammam with chromotherapy. Adjacent is the comfortable 6–8 person jacuzzi nestled among olive trees and cypresses. In the olive grove, a romantic wood-fired hot tub awaits for stargazing or cool-weather moonlit soaks.

Al fresco dining and lounge areas are scattered throughout the property, including two very large outdoor dining tables—each comfortably seating 12–15 guests. An antique 300-year-old wood-fired oven is available for making pizza, bread, or traditional dishes. You can also book a full pizza experience with one of our trusted partner chefs. A BBQ area is also available.

Children are wonderfully catered for: a whimsical playhouse on wheels, a transformable playroom on the front deck, and creative stations for painting or imaginative role-play. In the kitchen, kids can join in baking or cooking after picking fresh fruits or vegetables from the orchard and garden. Italian family recipes are provided.

Outdoor and board games are available on request: volleyball, croquet, and more. A flood-lit bocce court is ready for spirited evening games.

Families with babies are well supported: baby cot, mobile crib, bath, monitor, stair gate, changing cushion, and baby stroller are provided. Let us know if anything else is needed.

Cars can be parked either at the main driveway or in the garage area. An electric vehicle charging point is available (charged per use).

La Tuscia is also an unforgettable setting for intimate celebrations, small weddings, or milestone gatherings—surrounded by the beauty of Tuscany’s countryside, olive groves, lavender fields, and private vineyards.

About the Rooms

The property covers 8000 m2 and is fully fenced with 2 automated gates. The perimeter is covered by CCTV footage. On the property the following details can be found:
The large boutique villa offers 4 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the 4 bedrooms in La Tuscia is on the ground floor, allowing easy access for people less mobile, this way avoiding stairs. 3 of our bedrooms offer a gas-lit fireplace. The house offers a well equipped modern open kitchen, indoor dining table for 8-10 people, nice sitting area with wood-fired fire place, entrance with guest toilet. 2 large french windows allow access to the main terrace and garden overlooking the pool.
A 300-year-old pizza oven is at your disposal to make pizza, bread or try your best version of the favorite Italian "Porchetta", whilst sipping a local wine overlooking the beauty of the valley and its vineyards.
Opposite the entrance to the house you will find our SPA with Sauna and Hammam featuring chromotherapy, this SPA is for your private use during your stay in La Tuscia.

Pool


The gated pool below the main deck is 12x5x1.25m and can be heated if required. In the pool is a jacuzzi corner, a hydromassage and a jet stream for the not so faint hearted. In the night the pool can be closed to prevent loss of heat and give even more security. When you choose to not close the pool during the night, you can enjoy the chromotherapy setting of the pool lights. Close to the pool you will find our "Limonaia" a serre in which you can enjoy a nice lunch or diner at the pool or put your kids to sleep in a cooler area, whilst you enjoy the pool and some well deserved sunshine. In wintertime the Limonaia is in use by our plants, to help them through the wintertime, as per the original use of the Limonaia.

Recently we installed a jacuzzi for 6-8 people, as well with hydromassage and chromotherapy. The jacuzzi is situated near the SPA in between the olive trees and cipresses, relax and give in to silence and beauty.

In between the olive grove is another hidden gem, our romantic wood fired Hot Tub, allowing for a relaxed time star gazing or admiring a Super Moon on a cool night (only in use outside of Summertime). Furthermore you will find many al fresco lunch- or dining places set up on the property, to allow you to enjoy the stunning beauty of Italy at its best from many different views.

For the little ones La Tuscia has several great adventures besides the wonderful pool, such as a magical house on wheels set-up in which they can create an imaginative world of fun and play whilst you relax in the hammock overseeing all from behind closed eyelids, or help them to draw and paint as if they are Michelangelo himself. On the deck at the front of the main house a small room is available for the children to use as: a restaurant, or super market, or maybe just a horse stable, up to them what it will be, it can be easily transformed. In the kitchen all is available to experience cooking and baking with your kids, first harvesting the vegetables from the "orto" or fruits from the "frutteto, after which you will find many "old Italian" recipes in our guidebooks, to prepare an excellent diner or bake a cake. So much fun.

Several board games and outdoor games are available, just ask our house manager to set this up for you (volleybal, badminton, crochet, ping pong, etc.

For families with babies most of the basic set-up will be available to ensure an organised and safe stay, if you miss anything just let us know so we can look into this as well. (baby cot, baby camping bed which can be used in many different ways, changing cushion, baby monitor, baby bath, stair gate, etc.)

Your car can be parked in the garage area, or directly in front of the house on the drive way where you will also find the recharger for electrical cars.

Other highlights within reach include the beautifully preserved historic villages of Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, perfect for day trips filled with medieval atmosphere.

Chianti’s wine culture surrounds you, and at La Tuscia, you can experience it without leaving home—through curated tastings on-site or directly at your villa. Vineyard visits with passionate winemakers are also easily arranged.
