    Location is subjective. Close to everything, but a very uneven sidewalk, and a lot of smokers. Repair issues. Owner dropped out constantly, the large burner didn't work on the stove, entry light didn't work so that area was quite dark. Cleaning crew left the shower moldy and the balconies filthy.
