    A/C was broken and host did not offer a solution. Tiles in shower broken. Stripping in shower doors broken and shower will soak bathroom floor. Host changed the l/b code after we checked in and had no access to message to get the new code. Almost locked out in first night. Host sent new code for second stay in email and was incorrect. Was not changed from last visit so luckily we were able to get in. Lastly, this is at the top of a steep hill
