Just down the street is the beautiful Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, one of the most beloved museums in Copenhagen. Next to that you’ll find Tivoli and Strøget, the longest pedestrian shopping street in Europe.

You’ll also be very close to the waterfront and the island Amager, a hip and ever growing part of Copenhagen. On Amager you’ll find Islands Brygge (“The Quay of Iceland”), a lovely recreational area packed with cafés and artisan shops. In the summertime the Copenhageners often go there with friends for a swim, a beer and some barbecue.
