Renovated in 2022, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen), electric heater. Exit south facing position. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric fireplace. Balcony, south facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 104 (roofed, 1 car), height 180 cm, width 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Smart TV, no antenna connection. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. Tignes Val Claret: Residence Le Prariond - excellent location: central but quiet, right by the Tignes and Val dIsère slopes, ski in ski out. Residence Le Borsat (Val Claret), 7 storeys. In the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district, 20 m from the skiing area. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Skisport facilities 20 m, slopes 20 m, ski rental 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 150 m, childrens ski school 20 m, sled run 150 m.
