You really will love being by the sea if you choose to stay in this 3 bed detached house located at the top of the road that leads to West Wittering beach.

You can’t fail to be wowed by the brilliance and beauty of the vaulted sitting room and its impressive arched window that gives you an amazing view of your private courtyard garden.

The room is a stunning space in which you can all gather to relax and enjoy each other’s company as you look back at events of the day and plan where you’re going tomorrow. There’s a flat screen TV for you to watch, and seating in here for all guests, with more in the connected dining area which features a table and chairs and leads into the modern kitchen.

If you’re planning a sit down meal for everyone during your stay, the kitchen has all you need to prepare food for a special occasion, or for more casual snacking. There’s a cafetiere too and tea-making facilities, so you can start each day the tasty way.

If you’re planning to take part in water sports or other beach-based activities, you’re sure to find the presence of a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate area of the house comes in really handy.

You also get a view of the galleried study area on the upper floor from the sitting room, giving it a mezzanine look and feel. This upper area provides you with somewhere else to sit, relax and enjoy a great view of the whole house. There’s a desk and chair too, handy if there’s work to be done. Also up on the first floor is the master bedroom with its kingsize bed, ensuite and Juliet balcony. The other two bedrooms and main bathroom (featuring a tub and shower) are back on the ground floor, handy if anyone in your group doesn’t fancy stairs and wants easy access. West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches in the area. And this house puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in a quiet residential area at the top of the road that leads to West Wittering Beach. So if you’re here for the water sports—including paddle-boarding, sailing, and kite surfing—you can get changed in the house and easily walk to the water.

Whether you’re staying in the area for the activities or to relax, you’ll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance, so you can stock up the fridge, freezer and cupboards in the house with your favourites. And there’s a pub close by too, great for sitting outside and soaking up the sun, and for enjoying pub lunches.
