This is an ideal villa for chilling out, private partying and/or family gathering, while the “action” of ''Platanes'' resort village is available for those who desire more action. The beaches, the restaurants, and the nearest supermarkets, are all less than a five minute drive away. Villa Laga is located on the road from Rethymnon (almost 15km away) to the historic monastery of Arkadi before Kyrianna village surrounded by 4 acres of olive trees, just 3.5 km from the sea. On the outside you can find a pool and a children's pool, with its spacious pool deck and sun beds. Moreover a BBQ area can be found next to the pool for some Cretan specialities. It has its own electric locking gate, fenced-in garden and 2 enclosed garage parking places with a few more parking places just outside. The villa has 3 floors where the first and second floor is identical in size and room giving you privacy and individuality since they both have a main entrance door. Both with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and with panoramic views of the ocean and landscape. Stepping into the villa from the first floor, one finds himself in the living/lounge area, with its comfortable sofas, Flat screen TV, WIFI, etc. Continuing on, one enters to the kitchen/dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, etc. On the same floor there is 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds. All of them have their own bathroom, TV, air-condition, reading lamps, massive wardrobes and last but not least. All 4 bedrooms in both floors have their own private balcony! On the ground floor there is the last bedroom with 2 twin beds, a small kitchen, living room and a WC. The keynote of this modern villa is its privacy.About the Rooms

Villa Laga is located on the road from Rethymnon (15 km) to the historic Monastery of Arkadi.Arkadi Monastery has been assigned the title of a European Freedom Monument by UNESCO. It is the place where Konstantinos Giampoudakis led the Cretans to a historic sacrifice against Turks back in 1866 by blowing the gun powder keg to avoid captivity.
Within a 40-50 minutes’ drive you will also find Patsos, a small village of Rethymno Prefecture, with a unique natural heritage. It is located on the foothill of Soros height at an altitude of 490 m, in a verdurous and well-watered environment that will steal your breath.
The main feature of the area is the Gorge of Agios Antonios and the homonymous cave, “KranaioAntro”. Various aesthetic modifications by the Forestry Department have ensured that the gorge is accessible not only to nature lovers but also to worshipers, since the huge rocks give shelter to the little Church of Agios Antonios built literally in them.
The beach is just 3.5 km away.
Further, Platanes resort with beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, is less than a 5 minutes’ drive.
