Please not older homes in Wyoming can have sub pumps to help with groundwater. This Property does have 2 sub pumps and may run when water levels are high.
Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 20 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance!

When we say experience a local home, we mean it! This three bedroom home is a walk from the very best Ranchester has to offer! Only a 20 minute drive to Sheridan Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails.Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.
If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!
Museums and historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 20 minutes away!
