Small, open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Solar power. North-west facing position. Facilities: childrens high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Type of coffee machine: Nespresso. Balatonszárszó 5 km from Balatonföldvár: Modern, beautiful apartment house, built in 2023. 5 apartments in the residence. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 290 m from the lake, 350 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced).
