The Gathering on The Rows is perfect for groups of friends and family looking to stay together to enjoy a night or weekend in the very heart of Chester city centre. This exclusive use property boasts a beautiful Roof Terrace with Private Hot Tub and seating area and an additional Penthouse balcony overlooking Chester Cathedral.Located on Chester’s famous historic Rows, amid the main shopping, restaurants and nightlife areas - and it's only one street away from Chester’s Roodee Racecourse.

The First floor sleeping includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, and a further room with double bed. There are also kitchen facilities, large sofa and 2 bathrooms.The Second floor has further seating and kitchen facilities, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bedroom with four bunk beds, a studio with two double beds and a further room with a double bed. There are also 2 bathrooms located on this floor.
The Third floor is the "Penthouse" floor with balcony that has seating and tables overlooking the city skyline with impressive views of Chester Cathedral.
There is also an open plan kitchen, large dining area and lounge seating area. With two further bedrooms, a double bed in one and a double bed and two bunk beds in the other, the living area also includes a double sofa bed.
There are a further 2 bathrooms on this floor, one with shower and one with bath and overhead shower.
Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.
A meet and greet for the full group is always arranged. The ground floor houses our creative communal area available from 3pm to 11pm each day exclusively for your use, consisting of an extra large dining and bar area right in the heart of the city.
We do ask that all guests act with courtesy to our neighbours while staying with us.
