Lion House is a great setting for friends and family to get together, or for visiting many of Chesters attractions including Chester Races and Chester Zoo. Set in the highly regarded Hoole Area with the City Centre and Racecourse in walking distance.

Lion House offers 2 double bedrooms a spacious lounge, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table , garden and parking for 2 vehicles.

This is the ideal base for friends or family getting together to explore the area, or for those based nearby for work. 

The A55 is nearby allowing easy access to the North Wales expressway or to the North West.

Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm.

    Short stay so wasn't able to fully explore the location. But it's a rather charming area, within easy reach of the city center. Amenities were ideal for a short stay like the one I'd planned.

    Perfect location for girls trip to Chester, good size space, on road parking, less than £5 under into town and 10 min walk to lovely local eateries around Hoole for breakfast, single mattresses not the best but absolutely fine for one night thanks so much x
