Located in the heart of the Marais, close to the Picasso Museum, this exceptional apartment is in the heart of Paris' trendiest district.This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
The apartment features a Queen-size double bed with extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, TV and WIFI access.
Entering the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- 1 single sofa bed,
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),
- 1 Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Board the Orlyval light train to the Antony station.
Transfer to RER B train towards Aéroport Charles de Gaulle until Châtelet-Les Halles.
Switch to Metro Line 1 towards Château de Vincennes.
Get off at either Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville stations.
