The apartment is spacious and has been furnished to offer you optimum comfort. It will enable you to rest in a warm atmosphere after a long day in the Parisian metropolis with its very comfortable sofa bed, television, wifi access, bathroom with shower, fully equipped open kitchen,...As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),
- storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
- fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- lounge area with TV,
Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
On your arrival, a free concierge service will be on hand to take care of any requests you may have. They'll give you the best addresses and help you make reservations for the duration of your stay.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
