Magnificent studio located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.Spacious, functional and completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
The apartment features a double bed with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a convertible armchair for 1 person, TV and WIFI access.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find:
- 1 single sofa bed,
- 1 double bed (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...),
- a washing machine/dryer, clothes line, iron and ironing board,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with television,
Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
On your arrival, a free concierge service will be on hand to listen to your requests.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

If you're coming via any of the major train stations in Paris, hop onto the Metro line that takes you closest to our location. Many trains also have direct connections to the Metro for seamless transitions.
By Bus:
Paris boasts an extensive bus network. There are numerous bus stops in our vicinity, ensuring you’re always a short walk away from public transportation.
From Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly):
Both airports have convenient RER B train connections that link directly to the Metro. Once you’re on the Metro, it’s a smooth journey to our studio.
