It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or for business.The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a double sofa bed, TV and WIFI access.
On entering the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- 1 double bed (140 by 200),
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
