Summary

Artist is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1940 Sq Ft / 180 sq.m. apartment. The huge terrace is a rare find in such a central location and allows the guests to enjoy plenty of sunlight while having breakfast in the morning or entertaining in the evening.

Details

The home has been completely renovated adding all kinds of comforts (such as soundproofing throughout) while conserving and highlighting its modernist past, which can be seen and felt in every corner of the house, especially the unique vaulted ceilings.

The apartment offers 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a king-size bed and the other with a double one. The third bedroom is located between those two along the corridor and consists of 2 single beds set up on a comfortable bunk bed structure. This bedroom, separated from the corridor by sliding doors, also comes with a desk, perfect for working from home. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and enjoys high-end finishes, with a walk-in shower, a huge dressing room with plenty of storage and the beautiful restored ceilings. This area also has access to two balconies facing the street. The second bedroom has a more discrete dimension and is interior. The second bathroom is also located in this area and has a bathtub.

The Balthaup designer kitchen shares the same space with the dining area and is unified with the living area by the wide corridor. The colorful and spacious kitchen is equipped with first-brand appliances and has access to an interior patio for the laundry, which counts with a drying and washing machine.

The living area consists of a huge 40m2 open space, decorated with art pieces, a big seating area, the TV tuned with international channels, a desk and a decorative beautiful grand piano from 1930. Huge sliding doors connect the space with the spectacular and bright terrace. This is a perfect space to forget the city bustle, have a relaxed meal and enjoy this unique and exclusive home.
