Description

If you are looking for an entire apartment in East Village, New York
City, you can choose this newly refurbished 1 bedroom home on the 3rd
floor with a total size of 377 sq. ft. You can request to have your
bedroom furnished or unfurnished. This entire apartment is 11 min walk
from the Broadway-Lafayette St station for the B, D and 11 min away
from the Bleecker St station for the 4, 6. This 1 bedroom can
accommodate a queen-size bed. Other features of this apartment are:
dishwasher, wifi (paid), elevator, guarantors allowed, smoke-free,
couples friendly, radiator heating, laundry in home (free), hardwood
floors, oven, refrigerator.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
