Description

Villa Elena is a luxurious residence with swimming pool located a stone's throw from the Plemmirio marine protected area and a few kilometers from Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse. Set in a panoramic position, the property enjoys a wonderful view of the sea, to be admired in full relaxation from the furnished terrace on the second floor. Set in an area surrounded by greenery and not bordered by other buildings, Villa Elena enjoys a very quiet location, away from noise. The property has spacious interiors that are divided, for more than 250 square meters, into a main villa and a 'cozy annex. In the main house, just above the pool level, is the living area, consisting of a large living room, which includes an open-space kitchen, two relaxation areas with sofas, TVs and armchairs, and a bathroom. On the same level, a door leads to a small hallway, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the upper floor is the attic, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a large living room with eat-in kitchen, and a large level terrace with views of the sea, Ortigia and Mount Etna. On the ground floor of the villa, independent of the rest of the house and accessible only from the outside, is a very bright outbuilding with a pool view, consisting of a small living room with dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom. In addition to being fully air-conditioned, the villa has Wi-Fi, dishwasher, work-station, and stereo system.
