We want to inform you about a few policies regarding your stay at our Garden Residence. We kindly ask that you read and respect these policies during your stay:
- Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
-We kindly ask all residents and guests to observe quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. During this time, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
-The minimum age for guests booking our house is 18 years old.
-Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house.
-A pre-check-in form must be filled out before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process.
-The tourist tax in Slovenia is 3,13 EUR per guest per night and must be paid with a credit card before check-out. Please note that this tax is not included in the rental price.
-A security deposit of 150 € must be paid with a credit card up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by credit card up to 3 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
