Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, boiler. Bath/bidet/WC. Large terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1). Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only ES. Above Carretera Llança - Portbou, outside the resort, 2.5 km from the centre of LLançà, on top of a hill, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. Steep motor access. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 1.5 km, bus stop Ayuntamiento Llançà 2.8 km, railway station LLançà 2.6 km, sandy beach Platja de Guifreu 750 m, rocky beach Cap Ras, swimming bay 400 m.
