Description

Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Boston, this
370-square-foot 1-bedroom apartment in North End is perfect for
professionals who work Downtown or students who attend the nearby
Suffolk University. This centrally-located apartment is a short walk
away from everything you might need. From the front steps, it is less
than ten minutes from Haymarket station and the Boston Public Market.
Exposed brick walls and gray tiling give this updated and
fully-renovated, second-floor apartment a rustic yet modern feel. It
features brand new stainless kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher
and microwave, beautiful cabinetry, a breathtaking walk-in shower, and
central heating. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a
queen-size bed and nightstand. There is also a private outdoor patio
accessible through the kitchen and living room area. Lace up your
walking shoes and get ready to explore all that North End has to offer.
Known today for its authentic Italian restaurants, locally-brewed Sam
Adams beer, and historic landmarks, North End is not only Boston's
oldest residential neighborhood, it is one of the most sought-after
places to live in the city. Less than half a mile in total square
footage, everything is within walking distance from your home. You will
never have to worry about where to eat or what to do in North End. Your
toughest decision will be deciding what to do next. This apartment may
be furnished or unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
