Description

If you are looking for a entire apartment in Fenway, Boston, you can
choose this newly refurbished entire apartment on the 1 floor with a
total size of 433 sq. ft. You can request to have your bedroom
furnished or unfurnished. This entire apartment is 8 min walk from the
Lansdowne station for the Framingham/Worcester Line and 3 min away from
the Kilmarnock St and Queensberry St bus stop for 55. This home is
conveniently located in Fenway right off of the Back Bay Fens park. The
park is practically in your backyard and features a rose garden,
botanical garden and World War II memorial, and an athletic track. You
are also near the famous Fenway Park baseball field in case you want to
catch the last-minute game! This 1 bedroom can accommodate a queen-size
bed. Other features of this apartment are: laundry in building (paid),
smoke-free, WiFi, guarantors allowed, radiator heating, couples
friendly, hardwood floors, oven, refrigerator. If you drive, you can
easily find Street parking.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask

as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
