You do not want to miss out on this super-efficient and ultra-modern
apartment in the heart of Manhattan. At 349-square-feet, this
one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is perfect for a couple’s home. Located
in one of the best places to live in New York, this third-floor Hell’s
Kitchen apartment features beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick
walls, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and large windows in the
bedroom for lots of natural light. A newly remodeled eat-in
kitchen/living room comes fully equipped with stainless kitchen
appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as white
countertops and cabinets. The bathroom features modern fixtures and
faucets, as well as black tiling and a breath-taking walk-in shower
