The newly decorated studio offers a welcoming and functional environment, ideal for a comfortable stay. The space includes:

* A double bed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

* A kitchen equipped with the basics, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease.

* A full bathroom with all necessary amenities.

* Air conditioning to maintain a pleasant environment.

* Smart TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity.

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's intervention to open the door, a fee of 40€ will be charged after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the fee will be provided upon consultation.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/television usage up to 150€. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.

The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (subject to a fee). The apartment is strategically located near an extensive public transport network. The Aliados metro station, just 350 meters away, provides easy access to various points in the city and connections to other means of transport. For those traveling by car, there is paid parking nearby, although not directly on-site.

Location

The apartment is located in the vibrant heart of Porto, in a neighborhood full of life and culture. Within walking distance, you'll find a wide selection of renowned restaurants and bars, perfect for exploring the local cuisine. Aliados metro station is just 300 meters away, providing easy access to all the attractions. The Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, the Douro River with the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, the Sé Cathedral, and Avenida dos Aliados are all within easy walking distance. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops are conveniently located nearby. At night, the streets come alive with a lively atmosphere. For a complete experience, take bus 500 near São Bento station for a scenic ride through Ribeira, Foz, and the beaches of Matosinhos, ending at the local market where you can savor fresh fish and seafood dishes.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is a situation beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we follow a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are properly met.
