Spacious bedroom with hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, and TVs.
Walking distance to numerous highly-rated restaurants, boardwalk, and playground. Rooftop infinity pool and lounge area offer amazing ocean and Intracoastal views.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire it complementary.
WE ARE SUPERHOST! We will do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. Just contact us 24/7, and we'll take care of everything else!

No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St).

●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply.
The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA).
Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)

●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.
However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.

With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of restaurants and bars that can not be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can not go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.
