Terrasse des Alpes 2006, 2-room apartment 49 m2 on 7th floor. Partly renovated in 2020, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 73, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrators instructions. Hillside complex Terrasse des Alpes. In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop Montana Poste 300 m, railway station Funiculaire Montana Gare 450 m, bathing lake Moubra 1.5 km.
