The first floor of this modern abode is comprised of a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, and bedroom and full bath. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, all cooking basics, and utensils. This flooring is hardwood, providing a durable and timeless look.
