Cute little one bed room located in the heart of East Durham in a quiet neighborhood.The unit is newly renovated, brand new granite kitchen counter tops, new tiled bath room, refinished original hard wood floors, new furniture, comfortable memory foam mattress.
This space is the right side (B) of a duplex. Both sides are rented on Airbnb
This space is the right side of a duplex separated by a center wall and accessed via a private entrance. The entire space is yours and no interior spaces are shared.
Once inside, the property opens to a living room with a couch, coffee table and smart tv where you can access your streaming services. The living room is open to the kitchen with seating for two, new stainless steel appliances and basic pots, pans, cutlery, etc.
In a closet within the kitchen, you will find the laundry area equipped with a stackable washing machine and dryer.
Located at the rear of the home, the bedroom has a closet space and comfortable queen bed and privacy blackout curtains for a comfortable night's sleep. Bathroom access is through the bedroom and contains a full sized tub/shower combo.
