Description
This home comes with a Queen bed, in addition to a full pull out couch. A smart TV sits in the living room for entertainment and a full kitchen for all your cooking purposes.
There is also a small patio with views overlooking the Granville bridge and some unique Vancouver buildings.
Located in the Downtown area of Vancouver, near the crossroads of Seymour Street and Pacific Street. The Mark is within walking distance to parks and even centres such as George Wainborn Park, Roundhouse Community Center, Emery Barnes Park, Vancouver International Film Centre, BC Place and Contemporary Art Gallery. It is also nearby essential stores and coffee houses such as Choices Market, Starbucks Coffee, Blenz Coffee, and Shoppers Drug Mart. You can also walk over to nearby fitness studios such as Exhale Yoga Pilates & Dance Studios, YYoga, and 24-7 Fitness in Yaletown.
Established restaurants in the neighbourhood are La Terazza, Games Big Fish, Earls, Yaletown Keg Steakhouse and Bar, Urban Thai Bistro, Cactus Club Cafe, Fresh Japanese Take out, Drew Cooks and much more.
The bus stop is near the complex, and Yaletown-Roundhouse Skytrain Station is less than a 5-minute walk from the complex. If you want to go for a nice scenic walk we recommend walking over the Granville street bridge to one of Vancouver's most beloved attractions, Granville Island, where there are tons of activities and shops.
