Description
The space within this home is characterized by a contemporary design, open-concept layout, and pure functionality. With a cozy living space and Smart TV, as well as a dedicated workspace, guests will have everything they need to enjoy leisure or focus on work. Within the same space is the kitchen, equipped with all necessary essentials and appliances to enjoy home-cooked meals.
The bedroom is spacious & comfortable, offering a queen bed and ample closet space. The main living area also has a large storage room for guests to put in their extra belongings.
The bathroom is fully stocked with all essentials while providing a bath/shower combo for guests.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities offered within.
Guests have an in-suite washer & dryer.
Guests will not have access to the upstairs units (76 & 3008).
Mount Pleasant is a largely residential area with gastropubs and indie fashion shops on Main Street and chain restaurants in Cambie Village. The area offers significant entertainment and shopping as a whole, with various antique shops and thrift stores. It’s also home to specialist outdoor stores selling kayaks, bikes, and ski gear. Edgy galleries dot the Flats, an emerging art district in an industrial zone, while Science World shows interactive exhibits and IMAX films in a geodesic dome.
While Mount Pleasant is incredibly walkable, it has established strong roots and its transit opportunities are endless. Vancouver’s Translink service incorporates Bus, SkyTrain, SeaBus and the West Coast Express.
