This stunning full renovated maisonette with its unlimited view on the mountains in a quiet and green environment is located in the center of Loulos village which is an ideal destination for a wonderful relaxing vacation. It is located 15 km from the center of Chania and the nearest beach, 20 km from Souda Bay and 25 km from Chania International Airport whereas there is an easy access to the National Road, around 10 km away, to visit the beautiful beaches and the tourist sites of our town.

This stunning full renovated maisonette with its unlimited view on the mountains in a quiet and green environment is located in the center of Loulos village which is an ideal destination for a wonderful relaxing vacation. It is located 15 km from the center of Chania and the nearest beach, 20 km from Souda Bay and 25 km from Chania International Airport whereas there is an easy access to the National Road, around 10 km away, to visit the beautiful beaches and the tourist sites of our town.

Our place is ideal to spend peaceful and carefree vacation as it is right in the middle of the green environment away from the noise pollution but almost near the city center. Τhis bright airy house is a maisonette where at the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space with a fireplace, a TV and a double sofa bed. Outside the front door, there is a spacious veranda 85 sqm with a BBQ, a wood oven, a sink, and an exterior big sofa dining furniture while on the back side, there is a balcony 20 sqm with exterior furniture. Both sides are ideal to enjoy your meals or drink your coffee while watching this breathtaking green view and its amazing mountains. Downstairs, there are 2 lovely bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with as single bed, a bathroom with shower where their balcony doors lead you directly to the garden of 80 sqm which is located on the back side of the house. It provides free linen, towels, Wi-Fi free Internet, parking lot, an air conditioning system, a laundry machine, a dish washer machine, an iron/ironing board, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, an electric cooker, an electric kettle, a sandwich maker, a filter coffee machine and mosquito screen windows and doors in the whole house. Moreover, you will be able to use the B.B.Q and the exterior dining area whereas the spacious areas of the garden are ideal for your children to play untroubled.

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city while it is ideal for a hike and relaxation in the village of Loulos which is a traditional village, part of Keramia, a complex of 14 villages on a plateau-basin at the feet of the White Mountains. In this place, full of special smells and special flavors you will come closer to Cretan nature and hospitality where at 3 km away there is a mini-market in Kondopoula village where you can do your shopping. Moreover, the lodging is 2 km from the war museum, 2,4 km from Saint George Gorge that begins from Aletrouvari village, 6,5 km from the horse riding center of Malaxa village, 7 km from Therisso Gorge and its village where the Cretan revolution started in 1897, with an historical museum on site, 7 km from the cave of Platyvola, 9 km from Dyktamos Gorge which is one of the most famous gorges with its coffee shops and restaurants and 12 km from the House of Eleftherios Venizelos in Mournies. Last but not least, the city center of Chania, the Old Harbor and the Old Town is 15 km away.
