We are not local, but have 24/7 Guest Services Support & Emergency line for maintenance / repairs / entry assistance.
While travel time is less than 2 minutes on The Rock Road, for a smoother arrival, we recommend entering The Rock Road across from the entrance of Black Rock State Park. This route not only shortens the travel time on the rough road but also ensures a more comfortable transition into the secluded charm that awaits you. The Rock Road forms a loop. Please be warned, and drive 10mph or slower through the uneven road, bumps, and dimly lit entrance road. Our staff is able to access the property just fine in a small sedan if you know how to drive on unpaved roads.
Pool is swim at your own risk, no lifeguards on duty, and all children must be supervised at all times outdoors.

We require a liability waiver signed by booking guest. We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & outdoor noise disturbances.
We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee & reserve the right to charge for excessive pet hair cleaning, fleas or damage.
