John's house is just a short stroll from York’s city centre and is nestled on a quiet residential street. It offers easy access to the city’s attractions while providing peace and quiet. The house is ideal for both short visits and longer stays, as it is fully equipped with a kitchen, a washer-dryer, and a comfortable workspace. Imagine yourself relaxing here after a day of exploring the wonderful sights of York.

- Fully equipped with a gas stove and electric oven for home-cooked meals
- Dishwasher for easy clean-up
- Cozy dining area with seating for 5, perfect for shared meals
