Description

This magnificent villa is located in the prestigious area of ​​Tamarit, Tarragona. Exciting unique design of the building with a stunning sea view, one-stored, with a magnificent terrace in front of the pool, all this will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday in this house. The living room is comfortable and spacious, divided into 2 zones and with double-height ceilings, 4 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, where there is a bar and a barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The distance to the small picturesque beach of Tamarit is only 5 minutes walking through a forest plantation. There is a large terrace on the top floor with a lounge and spectacular views of the sea. The distance to Tarragona, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its historical monuments and Roman ruins. In addition, without leaving the old city, you will find restaurants and shops on any budget. In addition, the house is located a few kilometers from Port Aventura, Costa Caribe, Acuopolis and the new park Ferrari Land: wonderful attractions for all ages.
