This charming home is divided into two sections, connected by a cozy private patio. In the first part of the apartment, you will find three single bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a bright living room with an integrated American-style kitchen. From here, you can access the private inner patio, equipped with a table ideal for enjoying meals together.
Crossing the patio, you will discover the second part of the apartment: an independent loft spread over three levels. This space features an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room, and a master bedroom with a cozy double bed. It is important to note that the loft is accessed via a spiral staircase, which may not be suitable for elderly guests.
Both sections of the apartment share the charming patio, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking to spend time together. A
dditionally, the accommodation features Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.
