Built with concrete, stone, wood, and glass, the villa boasts an open layout that maximizes natural light while maintaining passive cooling. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels frame sweeping sea views, and the interior decor remains understated, featuring bespoke furniture inspired by the island’s natural elements. The main living areas include two indoor sitting rooms and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto spacious terraces with an additional dining area.
