Beautiful brand new house in the heart of town, this house is located within waking distance to Cinepolis movie theater, Sams club, Aurerra, dentists, restaurants and more , 15 minutes to Old port , Sandy Beach and Mirador , only two blocks from main boulevard Benito Juarez , house features a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom , outside private pool, gated house with safe gated parking for two cars inside and 2 more can be parked outside. Kitchen is ready to cook , excluding ovean and dishwasher , it includes ; blender, toaster, microwave , regular coffee maker with filters. no pets allowed and no smoking inside , sleeps 8 people total , Master bedroom 1 with Queen bed and private full bathroom facing the parking, Bedroom 2 & 3 with Queen beds and shared full bathroom, Sofa bed in living room area is queen size and sleeps 2.
