Kitchenette (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with air conditioning. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 7 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful, of the lake, the mountains and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI. As part of the water restriction measures linked to drought in some of our departments, please note that the rental swimming pool may be closed by prefectural decree.
