Beautiful 5 bedroom villa with views of Las Salines. Inside, we find a large dining room decorated in Ibiza style, with fireplace and very comfortable living room. Large and modern kitchen equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The house has two heights and we find 2 rooms on the ground floor with bathroom. And on the upper floor another 3 rooms, with another very spacious bathroom. Outside, there are two terrace areas facing the pool with a table to eat and sea views. The pool of 5 × 6 meters, with maintenance service and renovated. Equipped with hammocks for sunbathing. Next to the pool we have a barbecue area ideal for magnificent meetings and leisure afternoons. The house is fenced and is safe, has 80,000 m2 of plot and field of cultivation. Independent entrance and covered outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.
