The Space
Anemomilos Villas are designed specifically for large groups and multi-generational families, accommodating 19 guests in beds and up to 23 guests using sofa beds. The estate is a complex of independent buildings and apartments, allowing everyone to enjoy social areas while maintaining their own private living space and kitchen. High-speed Wi-Fi (180 Mbps) is available throughout. For added convenience, the villa features a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

•Pool Heating: Available upon request for an extra charge of 455 Euros per week (or 200 Euros for a 3-night stay), not included in the accommodation price and must must be requested at least 3 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
•Jacuzzi Heating: Please note that the jacuzzis are connected to the pools and can only be used as heated when the pool heating is active.
•Booking Age: The minimum age requirement to book this villa is 25 years of age.
•Quiet Hours: Common quiet hours are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. After 23:00, music must be indoors or at a very low volume.
•Safety: The use of fireworks during weddings or special occasions held at the villas is strictly prohibited.
